Jigami Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Jigami Loyalty Program (“the Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Membership & Consent
• To join the Program, clients must complete the membership form with their personal details.
• By submitting your details, you consent to Jigami processing and storing your information in line with applicable data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR where applicable).
• Your information will only be used for legitimate business purposes connected to your membership, bookings, purchases, and rewards, and will never be sold or shared unlawfully.

2. Earning Points
• Members earn 1 point for every €1 spent in-salon or online.
• Additional promotional points may be earned through specific offers (e.g., referrals, reviews, birthday visits, app download, online bookings, rebooking, etc.) as advertised.
• Points are awarded only on the final amount paid, after discounts, offers, or gift vouchers are applied.
• Points are only issued for purchases or appointments that are attended and paid in full. Cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid balances will result in no points being added, or previously added points being deducted.
• Points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to membership registration.

3. Redeeming Points
• Points may be redeemed on eligible services and products at Jigami.
• Redemption must be requested at checkout before the receipt is issued.
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against the same purchase in which they are earned.
• For every 100 points, €5 credit will be applied.
• Points cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Validity & Expiry
• Points are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Jigami reserves the right to adjust or remove points in cases of cancellation, error, or system issues.
5. Restrictions
• Points are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Multiple client accounts cannot be merged.
• Jigami reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program.
6. Program Changes & Termination
• Jigami reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including the rate at which points are earned and redeemed, at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will not affect points already earned but not yet expired, unless the Program is terminated entirely.
7. Liability
• Jigami accepts no responsibility for system errors, technical issues, or delays that may affect the crediting or redemption of points.
• Jigami shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.
8. Governing Law
• These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
